Sadly as a result of Covid-19 our classes are unable to run. Don't let that discourage you from being able to do what you love as we thought of the perfect solution - let's move online!

We are providing FREE pre-recorded classes to all of our students, and to anyone else who wishes to join us.

We are on a mission to bring movement and fun into your home during what may feel like a scary time. You can take these classes, whenever suits you and can even do them multiple times if you wish!
